a line of 7 numbers ranging from 1- 44 that will be entered into a
draw for seven consecutive days.
You can enter up to ten
lines per ticket.

ticket before the draw time, it will go into the draw for that day
and the following six.

draws are £7.00. Effectively making it £1 / draw.
You
can only choose one set of numbers for the 7 consecutive draws, and
can not change them once the ticket has been submitted. So choose
wisely.

Setting
up a Recurring Play:
If
you wish to play Set for life every day of the year, simply select
the check box “recurring. This will make your ticket repeat every
seven days. This can continue for as long as you like and likewise
can be cancelled at any time without question.
If there
are insufficient funds in your player account it will automatically
stop, without any charges.

tickets and delete them in the “My Account, Lottery Tickets “

The
Draw:
Each
draw will have a total of nine numbers drawn from a range of 1-44.
The draw is deemed complete when all nine are drawn according to the
rules. Although you only need 7 numbers to win the division one
prize, the additional two are known as supplementary numbers. These
are used to determine prizes in other divisions

Any

One
Pound Lotto's Set for life Lottery is operated by Fatt Mountain Ltd.
Fatt Mountain Ltd have based this lottery on the Australian Set for
life Lottery which is operated by Tatts. It follows the rules of the
aforementioned lottery and all of the results are determined by its
official daily draws.
Fatt mountain Ltd. acts as a ticket
vendor. When placing Bets, Fatt Mountain Ltd acts in the name and on
behalf of the Customer.
Fatt Mountain Ltd is not an
official lottery operator but does buy official lottery tickets on
your behalf. If you win any lotteries, then you get paid directly by
Fatt Mountain Ltd. All winnings are guaranteed as they are paid to
Fatt Mountain Ltd directly from the official lottery operator. All
jackpots are estimates and subject to currency fluctuations.
Official
Rules
1.0) The amounts set aside for payment into the Prize
Reserve Fund shall accumulate and shall be applied as follows: (a) if
there are no more than four (4) Division One prize-winning Standard
Entries in a Draw, payment of a Division One prize for £4,800,000.00
for each winning Standard Entry in that Draw;
(b) if there are
more than four (4) Division One prize-winning Standard Entries in a
Draw, apportionment of a Division One prize for £19,200,000.00 to be
paid equally amongst such Division One prize-winning Standard Entries
in that Draw (with rounding to the next whole penny where necessary)
(c) if there are no more than four (4) Division Two
prize-winning Standard Entries in a Draw, payment of a Division Two
prize for £60,000.00 for each winning Standard Entry in that Draw;
(d) if there are more than four (4) Division Two prize-winning
Standard Entries in a Draw, apportionment of a Division Two prize for
£240,000.00 to be paid equally amongst such Division Two
prize-winning Standard Entries in that Draw (with rounding to the
next whole penny where necessary)
(e) supplement Prizes in any
or all Prize Divisions from time to time;
(f) for such other
purpose as agreed by the Regulator and carried out following a
process and in the manner which has first been approved in writing by
the Regulator provided that any such application is not in
contravention of the Act or these Rules; or
(g) for such other
purpose as agreed by the Lotto Bloc Parties from time to time,
provided that any such application is not in contravention of the Act
or these Rules;
Note: All division prizes are split
between Tatts Set for life and One Pound Lotto Set for Life
winners.
1.1) If there are insufficient funds in the Prize Fund
and Prize Reserve Fund to pay all Prizes in a Draw, Tatts must
subsidise the shortfall from its funds.
1.2) If there are no
valid winning Entries for Divisions Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven or
Eight prizes in a Draw, the amount allocated to the relevant Prize
Division will be added to the amount allocated to (a) the next lower
Prize Division in which there are prize-winning entries; or
(b)
the next higher Prize Division in which there are prize-winning
entries if there are no Prize-winning entries in any lower Division
in that Draw;
1.3) If in Divisions Three, Four, Five,
Six, Seven or Eight Prize Divisions in a Draw there is more than one
winning Standard Entry (Set) in that Prize Division, the Prize money
allocated to that Prize Division will be apportioned equally amongst
such winning Standard Entries (Sets);
1.4)Subject to a rounding
to the nearest penny and Rule 1.2 of this Schedule, the total Prize
Fund in each Draw shall be distributed amongst the Prize divisions in
such percentages as are determined by the Lotto Bloc Parties from
time to time, made available for inspection on the Web Site or on
request at Retailer Outlets, and notified to the Regulator at least
14 days before their effective date;
1.5) Notwithstanding Rule
1.4 of this Schedule, the percentage allocations shall not vary by
more than 5 percentage points lesser or greater than those set out in
One Pound Lotto's prize structure (percentage of prize fund), and in
no event will anyone Prize Division receive an allocation of less
than half of that specified in this structure and
1.6) Any
distribution of a Prize Reserve Fund contemplated under Rule 1.0(c)
of this Schedule for a particular Draw shall be subject to prior
notification to the Regulator and shall thereafter be on such terms
and conditions (regarding eligibility, Prize values, determination
and payment) as are published on promotional and point of sale
materials throughout such period of availability and/or eligibility.
1.7) If Tatts Licence is cancelled, surrendered or expires then
the unpaid instalments payable to the Fatt Mountain Ltd will continue
as a debt due from Tatts, payable every month until all instalments
have been paid. Fatt Mountain Ltd will, in turn, pass the relevant
payments onto One Pound Lotto's Division 1 and Division 2
winners
1.8) If the winner of the Division One prize dies whilst
instalments of the Division One prize remain unpaid, then the total
of the unpaid instalments will be payable to the estate of such
Division One prize winner (subject to provision of documentation
acceptable to Fatt Mountain Ltd.).
1.9) If the winner of the
Division Two prize dies whilst instalments of the Division Two prize
remain unpaid then the total of the unpaid instalments will be
payable to the estate of such Division Two prize winner (subject to
provision of documentation acceptable to Fatt Mountain Ltd.).
1.10)
If the winner of the Division One prize receives one or more
instalments of the Division One prize and then fails to update his or
her details and/or his or her nominated bank account details
resulting in an instalment of the Division One prize being unpaid to
such winner then the relevant unpaid instalment of the Division One
prize will remain payable to such winner as a debt due from Fatt
Mountain Ltd. to such winner.
1.11) If the winner of a Division
Two prize receives one or more instalments of the Division Two prize
and then fails to update his or her details and/or his or her
nominated bank account details resulting in an instalment of the
Division Two prize being unpaid to such winner then the relevant
unpaid instalment of the Division Two prize will remain payable to
such winner as a debt due from Fatt Mountain
Ltd.

Definitions: Lottery Bloc
means lottery operators licensed or authorised in the jurisdictions
in which they conduct lotteries (that are not Participating
Jurisdictions) who have entered into an agreement or agreements to
conduct lottery game(s) and to create a common prize pool for the
relevant lottery game;
Lottery Bloc Party: means one or
more of the parties to an agreement in respect of a relevant Lottery
Bloc;
